Today is the 5th anniversary of my Etsy shop, so I thought it would be fun to to look back at the first few sales that I made.
My very first sale: Japanese Kokeshi Dolls from the 1950s. They went to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
My next sale was a framed Jesus Needlepoint. It went to Glendale , California.
And the two sales that followed went to the same buyer, in Sharjah, United Arab Emerites:
A 1960s embroidered apron, made in Portugal.
A Marie Antoinette candy tin made in Western Germany.
Creamy vintage Hall vases.
A mid century globe on a teak base.
A mid century abstract oil painting. It went to one of my favorite interior and furniture designers, Vanessa De Vargas of Turquoise.
I'll close with one of my old faves, a mid century vintage tin doll house that went to San Francisco:
